A good breakfast includes a good protein and we all think of bacon and eggs.  But you can really only repeat eggs so many times in a week before getting fed up with it. Scrambled, sunny side up, omelette, boiled, poached whatever it still tastes like egg.

In my diet I need to eat egg whites (alot) which I am really not fond of, give me thousands of yolks and I am a happy girl.  So I had to come up with an alternative which actually resulted into an amazing smoothie…..

12 egg whites + a few packets of sweetener (depending on how sweet you want it) + a teaspoon of cocoa powder + a tablespoon of peanut butter/almond nut butter + about a half a cup of almond milk or even water will do + a few drops of caramel essence. I blend it all together – taste it to see if you would like to add more sweetener and then pour it into a muffin pan and then freeze it. When I wake up in the mornings I take it out blend it up and voila I have my smoothie which by the way does not taste anything like egg at all.
